- What does it cost?
- Nothing for residents or buildings. Providers pay a small commission on completed jobs, already inside their quote.
- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. Joining a group is free and asks for no card. You only pay if you book a confirmed quote and the group reaches its minimum.
- Who collects the money?
- Nobody in your building. Each neighbor pays through the site, and the provider is paid once the job is done.
- What happens to my details?
- We use them only to tell you about We Need This Too near you. We never sell or share them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Can I suggest a service?
- Yes. Add it under "Something else" in the form. What people ask for decides what we open with.
